The big first step

Although I am pretty certain that I have no idea what I am getting myself into, I am taking the first big step to create this blog. My hope is to be able to share the life of our family with the people we love who sadly live too far away. My fear is that I will become sucked in and consumed by the world of blogs. So with that being said, I will do my best to share our little world without allowing it to take over our little world.
